Mesonart does not mention that you make copies and that the paintings come from China.
Even though you give a discount when ordering, we have delivery problems due to customs clearance.
I had to request an invoice and a certificate of authenticity. There was a discrepancy between the two documents regarding "handmade". As a result, I had to pay DHL carrier handling fees and VAT at 23 percent instead of 6 percent.
You should be transparent and provide all the documents at the same time as sending...
