So in love with this print.

I placed the order, received a picture of the painting for approval before they packed it to ship. I was updated on shipping progress as my painting made its was to me. It was delivered on the date that was set up and it was very well packed in a wood crate. My experience was great, be assured the process will go smoothly.

Love the print! The customer service was great. They were very receptive to some slight customizations I had requested and relayed that to the artist. Delivery took much longer than stated, but it was not due to the company, but rather the shipping service and customs. Customer service answered all my questions during that time of waiting as well.

Everything said on the website came true. Service and follow through was very timely. However the note I put in the order was not addressed until I followed up. Delivery was forecast for the 13th and we need it here no later than the 12th and at the last minute we received notice that it was going to cost $200 more for expedited shipping. Should have known that up front since the timing was outlined in my note at the time of the order.
